Step 1. Open any Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Step 2. Once the application opens, click Help (upper left). From the drop-down menu, choose Check for Updates.
Step 3. The Microsoft AutoUpdate app opens and checks for available updates for all Microsoft products.
Step 4. Follow prompts to install any app updates.
