Overview
Microsoft 365's Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) is a more modern, more secure password reset process that gives ECU alumni the control for a password reset anytime, anywhere using a short, online form and identity verification. All you need is your authentication device.
SSPR’s up-to-date security enforces complexity requirements and allows ITCS to quickly apply new industry-standard security policies when required, keeping your data protected.
