Mediasite is our enterprise video solution providing resources for the recording, management and sharing of media.

Classroom Recording

There are classrooms across campus equipped with Mediasite recorders. Instructors can request that all or some class sessions to be scheduled for recording.

Find a Mediasite Classroom

Search the Classroom Technology database to find a room or to determine if your classroom has a Mediasite recorder.

My Mediasite Management Portal

My Mediasite is the portal where users manage recordings created using a classroom recorder and/or Mediasite Mosaic. Users can also use My Mediasite to upload nearly 100 supported film formats. You can also use your mobile device to record and upload.

Mediasite Mosaic

Mediasite Mosaic is designed for use outside the classroom. With Mediasite Mosaic, instructors can create screencasts, video-only and audio recordings.

My Mediasite Shared Folders

Within the My Mediasite portal, instructors are provided Shared Folders to help organize and share recordings.

Shared Folder Benefits

  • Create a collection of recordings that can then be embedded in one or more courses.
  • After recordings are published, they immediately become viewable.
  • With the submission of a request, shared folders can be reused semester to semester.
