If your ECU-purchased computer is showing signs of malware, submit this form to request a consult. A support technician assesses and remediates problems which may include removal of malware and installation of malware detection software. Service available to faculty and staff during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
