ITCS supports department printers in the following ways:
Printer Consult/Quote
If you need assistance with selecting, evaluating, or a quote for a printer please submit a Computer Consult/Quote request form.
Printer Installation
New office printer? ITCS can install a new department printer at no charge, including a network laser printer for an entire office or a small laser jet for a single faculty or staff office.
Printer Repair
If your ECU-owned office printer is having hardware problems, please submit this repair form. This service is free for ECU-owned printers. Replacement parts, if ordered, require a department account number.
