Students should follow these best practices to ensure they are ready to use Poll Everywhere in their courses and to receive proper participation credit.

Best practice 1: Download the app or access the website.

• Web access: pollev.com
• Mobile app access: Download Poll Everywhere from your app store. If you are viewing this page through your mobile device, visit the appropriate site:
  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

 

Best practice 2: Log in with your PirateID user account

Once you access the website or mobile app, click Log in.

Best Practice 3: Enable location

If your instructor is taking attendance, Poll Everywhere needs to have access to your location. Enable this feature in the browser or app.

• Browser Permissions: Ensure your browser has permissions to access your location. Adjust these settings in the browser's privacy or security settings.
