Overview

These instructions re-onboard your personal iOS device to the eduroam network. This updates your device's required CA certificate to the latest version.

To preserve continuous internet access for your devices, please update between Wednesday, February 25, 2026, through March 8, 2026. You can still re-onboard after March 8, but note that your device will not be able to access the internet through eduroam.

IMPORTANT! If you are connected to ecu-wifi or your cellular service, open Safari, navigate to http://onboard.ecu.edu and SKIP TO STEP 2. This process requires you onboard using Safari.
