Overview
Access Banner Admin pages through Citrix. You must be on campus or connected to the ECU network through ECU's Virtual Private Network.
Step 1
Log in to the ECU virtual private network, remoteaccess.ecu.edu.
Step 2
Once logged in to the ECU VPN, open Firefox or Chrome and navigate to pirateapps.ecu.edu/vpn/index.html.
Step 3
Sign in with your PirateID and password.
Step 4
Once you are logged in to Citrix, click the APPS icon in the main menu (top).
Step 5
From the available applications list, click the Banner icon.
Step 6
A new tab opens and a new browser displays. Log in with your ECU email address and password.
You should now be able to access Banner. If you need assistance, please contact the IT Service Desk at 252-328-9866 or enter the Banner Support service request.
