ECU Address Book Updates - Employees

Faculty, staff and student information in the ECU online directory and Outlook address book is updated in the Banner Self Service system. Updates usually take 24-48 hours. It is the responsibility of individual departments to update the departmental listings for the online directory.


1. Log in to PiratePort - http://pirateport.ecu.edu.

2. Click the Banner Self Service tile from the main PiratePort page.

3. Read the security message. The Banner Self Service screen opens.

4. From the Main Menu screen, click the Personal Information link. The Personal Information dialog box opens.

5. Choose the Update Addresses and Phones link.

6. Choose the corresponding link next to the information you wish to update. The Update Addresses and Phones dialog box opens.

7. Complete changes and choose Submit.
