Install Webex Desktop and Outlook Scheduler

Cisco Webex Meetings Desktop App

The Cisco Webex Meetings desktop app conveniently lets you join, host and schedule meetings, make voice calls, check voicemail and add contacts using your computer.

1. Sign in to ecu.webex.com and click the Downloads link found in the navigation pane.
2. Locate the Cisco Webex Meetings Desktop App image (it is the first one) and click the OS button. It auto-detects your OS.

NOTE: Any previous version of the Outlook productivity tools is removed from your computer when you update to Webex Meetings. Reinstall Cisco Webex Scheduler for Outlook through Outlook's add-ins feature (see next section).  

Cisco Webex Scheduler for Outlook

Schedule, start and join meetings within the Outlook calendar.

1. Open Outlook to your inbox and click the Get Add-ins option on the ribbon. The Office store add-ins page opens.
   
    
2. In the search add-ins dialog box, type Webex. Click the Cisco Webex Scheduler tile to install.
    
3. Note that the add-in is now installed in Outlook.
   
    
4. Open an untitled appointment request in Outlook and note that the Add Webex Meeting tool has been added to the ribbon.
