Overview
Have Webex call your phone when you join a meeting.
Step 1
Join the Webex meeting. The Cisco Webex Meetings preview window opens. Do not click the Start Meeting button just yet.
Step 2
Click the drop-down audio menu. The default option is usually, Using computer for audio. We will now change this.
Step 3
From the drop-down menu, click the Call me option.
Step 4
Enter your telephone number, including the area code. The audio option is now set to your phone number.
Step 5
Press the green Start Meeting button. Webex will attempt to call your telephone.
Step 6
Answer the call. An automated voice says, "Welcome to Webex...Press 1 to connect." Press 1.
