Invite a Participant During a Webex Meeting

You may wish to invite a new participant to a Webex meeting that's already begun. Here's how:

1. From the meeting's dialog box, click the more options button (3 dots).
   
    
2. Choose Invite and remind from the menu.
   
    
3. In the Email tab, type the email address of the person that you're adding to the meeting.
   
    
4. The invitee receives a join link via email.

Follow steps 1 and 2. From the phone tab, enter the invitee's 10-digit telephone number. Webex calls the number and the user is able to join the meeting.
