Overview
Add the Banner Admin Pages URL to the Firefox exception list. For certain users, Firefox’s Enhanced Tracking Protection can cause consistent errors when attempting to access the Banner Admin Pages.
Follow these steps to disable Enhanced Tracking Protection while using Banner to fix the issue by allowing trackers on just that site.
Step 1
In the Firefox browser, click the hamburger menu (upper right). Choose Settings.
Step 2
Click the Privacy and Security option (left menu).
Step 3
In the Enhanced Tracking Protection section, click the Advanced Settings section.
Step 4
Under the Advanced settings section, click Manage exceptions.
Step 5
The Exceptions for Enhanced Tracking Protection dialog box opens. In the Address of website textbox, type these links:
Click Add Exception and save your changes.
Step 6
Close and restart Firefox.
