Overview

Xtender is an imaging and storage system used by administrative staff to capture, organize and retrieve paper and computer-generated documents at ECU.

Follow these steps to delete a batch from a list or open batch.

Open the batch

1. Log in to Xtender, then choose the appropriate application.
   
    
2. If the application's query page opens, click CANCEL.
   
    
3. Click the document folder icon, then Manage Batches (top right).
   
    

Option 1. Delete from a list

1. Choose the checkbox next to the batch. Select more than one batch to delete, if appropriate.
   
    
2. The Force Delete pops up at the top of the columns. click Force Delete.
   
    
3. Click Delete in the confirmation window.
   
    
4. The deleted batch disappears from the batch list.
   
    

Option 2. Delete from an opened batch

1. Double-click the field to open batch you wish to delete.
   
    
2. Click the Delete Batch icon under the Batch label.
   
    
3. Click Delete in the confirmation window.
   
    
4. The deleted document disappears from the list of batches.
