Click on your Application to get the Query screen then click ‘CANCEL’ for the next options to appear.

Next click the ‘File’ icon then click ‘MANAGE BATCHES’.

Notice a list of all document batches display regardless of the user.

Pay attention to the ‘Name’ column to ensure you only open or delete a batch with your name on it.

Select the row of the document you wish to document and click on the icon (circled triangle) then select ‘INDEX’ to process the batch.

Now enter all the Index field values needed and click the ‘SAVE’ button.

The first page is now saved and not listed as one of the pages in the document.
HOW TO INDEX THE REMAINING PAGES IN THIS BATCH LIST
1. If the remaining page have the EXACT same index values as the first page?
IF YES
Click on the icon ‘Attach All Pages’ then click ‘OK’ on the dialog box to finish indexing.
IF NO
Please go to the ‘Multiple Indexes Per Batch’ document.
