Please note:
- To clear cache from a mobile device, open Settings, then Data Management. Choose the data type to clear, then click the Clear Private Data link.
- For faculty/staff who have migrated their ECU-managed Windows computer to Windows 11, downloads for browsers are found in the Company Portal.
- You may wish to set Firefox to delete cookies and site data each time you close the browser.
Step 1
From the Firefox browser window, click the menu icon (upper right).

Step 2
Click the Privacy & Security link. The Browser Privacy page opens in another tab.

Step 3
Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data. Click Clear Data... The Clear browsing data and cookies dialog box opens.

Step 4
Choose the items to delete and the time period. You can set the browser to clear all cache each time you close the browser.
