Clear Browser Cache - Firefox

These instructions are written using a Windows 10 laptop. To clear cache from a mobile device, open Settings, then Data Management. Choose the data type to clear, then click the Clear Private Data link.

1. From any Firefox browser window, click the Tools drop-down menu. The Tools options open.
   
    
2. Click the Options item from the menu. The Options page opens in a new tab.
   
    
3. From the main menu of that tab, click the Privacy and Security link. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section. Click the Clear Data button.
   
    
4. Check the Cookies and Site Data box as well as the Cached Web Content box. Click the Clear button.
   
    
5. Confirm the action by clicking Clear Now in the popup window.
