Overview

Surveys allow the presenter to ask the participants multiple questions at once. Everyone can submit their responses privately at their own pace. They are great for quizzes, training assessments, questionnaires and more. Surveys can be activated and displayed on the presenter’s response page (pollev.com), shared with a dedicated link or used during a presentation.

Step 1

Click the Activity button (top left) of the Activities page.

Step 2

Select Survey from the list of activity types.

Step 3

Enter a title for the Survey.

Step 4

Use the drop down menu to select the desired question type for the Survey.

Step 5

Continue the process, adding as many questions as needed.

Step 6

Once the last question is created, click the Create button to build the survey and save it to the account.

Alternate Option – Convert to Survey

If the presenter has individual activities to convert into a survey activity (without redoing the work), first create a folder, then drag or move individual activities into the new folder. Convert the folder into a survey.

Note: Multiple choice, word cloud, Q&A, clickable image, open-ended and ranking are allowed to be converted or included in a survey activity.
Step 1: Locate the folder under My Activities.
Step 2: Click the Actions button (three vertical dots) next to the folder.
Step 3: Click Convert to survey button to convert the folder into a survey.
