Overview
Add the Banner Admin Pages URL to the Firefox exception list. For certain users, Firefox’s Enhanced Tracking Protection can cause consistent errors when attempting to access the Banner Admin Pages.
Follow these steps to disable Enhanced Tracking Protection while using Banner to fix the issue by allowing trackers on just that site.
Step 1
In the Firefox browser, click the hamburger menu (upper right). Choose Settings.
Step 2
Click the Privacy and Security option.
Step 3
In the Enhanced Tracking Protection section, click the Manage Exceptions... button.
Step 4
Add https://banprd-adm.ecu.edu as an exception.
Step 5
Click Add Exception and save your changes.
Step 6
Close and restart Firefox.
