Dashboard/Report Access and Support

Access to dashboards and/or request will be reviewed by ODAS and other Administrators as needed and on a case by case basis.

Please clearly identify the dashboard(s)/report(s) you are requesting access for and the purpose and/or intent of use.  Your supervisor will be emailed to approve or deny the requested access. If access is approved, ODAS will communicate with you with access instructions, as applicable, within 5 business days. 

For support or reporting an issue, please document the issue you are experiencing with the dashboard or report with screenshots if needed.  An ODAS staff member will be assigned and communicate with you within 48 hours of the ticket being received.
