Overview
Submit this request to update Banner journal entry approval queues. All journal entry queues are based on fund and organization codes found in ECU's Chart of Accounts. Updates include modifying approvers on existing approval queues, adding a proxy to cover approvals for a limited time, creating new journal entry approval queues, and adding/removing rule groups for a user.
For internal control purposes, a proxy should not key journal entries while in this status. If the journal entry is time sensitive, please arrange for another staff member to key the journal entry.
