Engineers and data scientists work with large amounts of data in a variety of formats such as sensor, image, video, telemetry, databases and more. They use machine learning to find patterns in data and to build models that predict future outcomes based on historical data. With MATLab, you have immediate access to pre-built functions, extensive toolboxes and specialized apps for classification, regression and clustering.
Special Conditions: MATLAB, Simulink and add-on products can be downloaded by all faculty, researchers, and students for teaching, academic research and learning. Home use allowed.

Download Instructions
Step 1. Log in to the ECU Download Center and click the MATLAB tile. The ECU MathWorks sign-in page opens.
Step 2. Click the Sign in link. The ECU SSO page opens. Enter your ECU credentials.
Step 3. Click the Sign in link. The ECU single sign-on (SSO) page opens. Enter your ECU credentials.
Step 4. The MathWorks account page opens. Create a new account or sign in to an existing account. Once signed in, the appropriate downloads page opens. Click the download button to continue.
Step 5. The account page opens. You have the option to use MATLAB online or install the application to your computer.
Step 6. To install, launch the installer to unzip the application.
Step 7. Enter your ECU email and follow the dialog boxes to sign in and agree to the terms.
Step 8. Check required products and click Next. Confirm your selections and click the Begin Install button.

Export Control Restrictions
The Materials may be subject to U.S. export control laws or other (U.S. and non-U.S..) governmental export and import laws and regulations. Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement or Third Party agreement, Licensee’s rights under this Agreement may not be exercised by Licensee or any Third Party in violation of such laws and regulations, nor may this Agreement be transferred to any party where doing so would result in such a violation. The terms of any limitation on the use, transfer or re-export of the Materials imposed by MathWorks in any Destination Control Statement or other document for the purpose of export control shall prevail over any term in this Agreement. It shall be Licensee’s responsibility to comply with the latest United States or other governmental export and import regulations.
