Overview
AssetWorks AiM is a work management system and database of ECU’s physical space and employee location inventory. This information is used in a variety of ways throughout campus:
- IPAR utilizes AssetWorks AiM to effectively manage the university’s space allocation.
- The Facilities Services work management system AiM module allows staff to request repairs and maintenance tasks for campus buildings, property and mechanical assets.
ECU’s AssetWorks AiM inventory is maintained by the ITCS Strategic Information Services database team.
This service is only for support personnel to submit service requests for AiM, AiMIQ and related processes.
