Overview
NCID is a web portal providing a secure environment for state agency, local government, business and individual users to access state application systems, such as Central Motor Pool. Supervisors submit the NCID Account Request form through the online IT Help Desk service request system for a new account. Current users submit an IT service request to unlock accounts and reset passwords.
