Overview
Become certified in basic project management through this online, three-hour curriculum selected by the ITCS Project Management Office.
Most everything you do in the workplace is a project, from the smallest task to the largest endeavor. Once mastered, apply this valuable skill set to projects of any size, in any industry.
Course 1. Project Management Simplified
Management trainer Chris Croft outlines the twelve steps to managing projects without creating a lot of extra overhead and shows how to use traditional project management tools–like Gantt charts and network diagrams–to help you succeed. Learn how to plan a project, manage resources, monitor progress and deliver the project on time and on budget.
Course 2. Scrum: The Basics
Expert Kelley O’Connell explains the basics of Scrum, a popular framework for organizing your team and work, managing complex processes and measuring progress as well as setting manageable improvement goals.
Exam
You are required to score at least 80% to achieve certification.
