Print from Your Mobile Device

Print wirelessly from your own mobile device or laptop to a lab printer.

ON CAMPUS ONLY. When installing printer/s to your device, the Papercut Mobility Print Help Center is only available on campus.

Add a lab printer to your device.
From a browser, navigate to the PaperCut Mobility Print Help Center.

Supported platforms:

  • MacOS
  • iOS
  • Windows
  • ChromeOS
  • Android

Follow the step-by-step instructions on the website. You only need to do this once for each device.

Each lab printer is labeled/named as: Mobility Printer Name: [printername].


Print your file.


Go to and release your print job(s).
Log in using your PirateID and passphrase. The Print Job Notification dialog box opens. Confirm the document name, the lab printer, number of pages and cost. Click Print to continue.


PLEASE NOTE: You may notice a 5- to 10-second delay from the time the job is printed to the time it is ready to be released (shows in the web browser).


Add a shortcut to your home screen – iOS Devices

Add a shortcut to your home screen by clicking on the share icon and choosing “Add to Home Screen.”
