Overview
Submit this request to the Office of the Registrar for approval to host (store) FERPA data. Please allow at least 30 days to process this request. Note that completion of the FERPA Data Storage Permission form does not equate to approval of the request.
If you are purchasing new software to host FERPA data, please submit the Technology Security Assessment form. FERPA Data Permission is included in that process.
