Overview

Research and Multimedia Services can record your educational event using video capture technology, then provide a link to be distributed to your audience. Events include lectures, conferences, presentations, and special events. Normal working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday with events ending at 5:00 p.m. No weekends or after-hours events (after 5:00 p.m.). Please provide up to two weeks' notice prior to the start of the event date.

Requirements

  1. Our team requires room access at least 1 hour prior to and 45 minutes after the event for equipment setup.
  2. Please have a table and chair in the back of the room to hold the equipment.
  3. The requester is responsible for scheduling the extra time needed for the room.
  4. Once we receive your request, Research and Multimedia Services will follow up with you to confirm event details.
