Overview
Our team records educational events such as lectures, conferences, presentations and special events using video capture technology. We then provide a link to the recording for posting and distribution.
Events scheduled during business hours only - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. No weekend or after-hours events.
Submit this request two weeks in advance.
Requirements:
- We confirm event details after receiving your request.
- We require room access one hour prior to and 45 minutes after the event for equipment setup/break down.
- You are responsible for scheduling the room, including before and after time.
- Please have a table and chair in the back of the room for equipment.
