Overview

Research and Multimedia Services can record your educational event using video capture technology, then provide a link to be distributed to your audience. Events include lectures, conferences, presentations and events. Normal working hours: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday with events ending at 5:00 p.m.

Please submit your request two weeks in advance. All requests are subject to student availability and scheduling.

Requirements

  1. Our team requires room access at least 1 hour prior to and 45 minutes after the event for equipment setup.
  2. Please have a table and chair in the back of the room to hold the equipment.
  3. The requestor is responsible for scheduling the extra time needed for the room.
  4. Once we receive your request, Research and Multimedia Services will follow up with you to confirm event details.
