Departments requiring installation, repair or relocation of coaxial, fiber or other wired network cables and ports should complete this service request. Department FOAPA required.

Fees
Current networking standards provide for two network data ports per office at no charge. There is a charge for additional ports after the initial installation for labs and other rooms with multiple ports.
