Overview
Graduate program directors (or a designee) should submit this form when requesting an exception to the graduate school funding policy for an assistantship or tuition support.
Please limit each request to one student and include information such as Banner ID, degree, program, appropriate dates along with a detailed justification (required).
Requests are reviewed each week with an email response sent through this system (TeamDynamix). Requestor should reply and attach any further documentation to the response email.
