Overview
The Office of Assessment, Data Management, and Digital Learning provides a broad range of support for College of Education and ECU Educator Preparation Program (EPP) faculty, staff, and students. The OADD team provides technical and logistical support for assessment-related platforms and applications and supports faculty and students with the implementation and submission of proprietary assessments like the edTPA and NCPPA portfolios. Additionally, OADD maintains and manages College and EPP-level data and data systems.

Service Level Expectations
OADD Personnel will typically respond to requests for logistical or technical support within 1 business day. Requests received after working hours or on weekends will be answered on the following business day. Data requests may take up to two weeks, depending on the scope of the request.
