Overview
DocuSign is an electronic, legally binding signature service that allows one or more users to securely sign and/or initial an electronic document. Departments can eliminate paper documents and replace using DocuSign's secure digital files and secure signatures. DocuSign tracks each document’s location in real time as well as who still needs to sign it. DocuSign is very intuitive and makes it easy to load documents, identify the signature area and then route the package for signature.
DocuSign also offers powerforms to help generate on-demand documents. For example, once you collect a person’s name, email, phone number to add to a contract, the powerform pulls the collected data, adds it to the form and then routes it for signature. Other powerform examples include waiver forms, event registrations and new customer/client sign-ups. ITCS offers assistance using this feature.
