Overview

See the quotas set for user groups below. Most users will work well within their quota; however, if you feel you require more space, submit the ECU Email Support request

Faculty, staff

Storage quota: 50GB

Auto-archiving process: Inbox messages older than two years automatically move to the Online Archive (also called In-Place Archive). Archived items do not count as part of your mailbox quota, but are available at any time and included in searches. The folder maintains the same folder structure as your inbox.

If your mailbox reaches 80-90 percent capacity, an email alerts you. Manually move or delete items or request more space. An increase in your mailbox quota must have a business justification.
