Overview
ECU has switched password management to a new self-service password reset service called PirateID Self Service. The pirateid.ecu.edu link remains the same but the interface is updated.
If you did not enroll in PirateID Self Service before launch, no problem! The next time you are prompted to reset your password or need to unlock your account, follow these steps to enroll.
Remember that account authentication (MFA/two-factor authentication) for current users continues to be managed through Microsoft 365 account settings. pirate365.ecu.edu
