Microsoft 365 Instructional Support

Faculty and students. Submit to request a consultation using Microsoft Teams, Teams Meetings, OneDrive, Bookings and Yammer in an instructional environment.

Panopto Video Support

Panopto provides lecture recording, screencasting, video streaming and video content management.

Webex Conferencing Support

All users. Webex is used for administrative, academic and instructional online communication and conferencing.

Poll Everywhere Support

Poll Everywhere is an engagement tool to allow live audience polling in academic courses and meetings.

Digital Badge Creation

SUPPORT FOR THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY PAUSED. Faculty and staff submit this request to have a new classroom engagement or co-curricular engagement badge designed for a class, training or other activity. A brief training on issuing badges is also required.

LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning is an educational video platform taught by industry experts in software, creative and business skills. ECU provides all users with an account.

OpScan Test Processing

Optical scanning (OpScan) is now self-service in both libraries. Grade placement tests, bypass tests, regular tests, student surveys and other bubble sheets using the specialized scanner. Available during library hours.

Respondus Test Generator

Respondus is a powerful tool for creating and managing exams that can be printed to paper or published directly to Canvas.

Omeka Access & Support

Omeka is a platform for the display of library, museum, archives and scholarly collections and exhibitions. Omeka is primarily used by faculty in the College of Arts and Sciences to share and display digital exhibitions and collections.
